Adam's ebook is a short (38 pages) and to the point walk through the seduction process he uses in the field and that is accountable for most of his successes. You will learn about how to mix attraction, comfort, rapport and physical escalation in just the right way so to pull in the girl. The way Adam uses these concepts is actually quite different than what you may have heard before, and it seems to work, in field, in a much more universal manner. The ebook also concentrates on the important ingredient of how to be an attractive person as a whole, so you can let your personality do the work for you.

I was a little hesistant to review this E-book as I had done a one on one workshop with Adam Lyons when he was based in the United Kingdom. At the time he worked for www.puatraining.com- but confessed in videos on You Tube he was more of a "hired" gun-than a resident trainer. For those who do not know it- Adam Lyons was rated the 3rd best pick up artist in the world by Thundercat 2008.

Now I will confess the reason I took a One On one workshop with AFC Adam (as he is known) was not due to his reputation- but more because he came across a contradictory character. Whilst preaching the importance of relationships in his E-book, I felt he came across as a chronic skirt chaser in a UK seminar he lectured in.
Furthermore I heard from friends he pulled a "Hot Texas Cheerleader" via a webcam negging via a Channel 4 Documentary called "The Rules of Seduction" (I refused to view any footage until I uncovered the PUA abundance vs Relationships dilema).

All I can say is, he practices what he preaches- which is Social Propinquity- as opposed to Social Proof (whatever that means). Propinquity in the dictionary means "nearness in time and space".

Whilst Mystery did talk about the guy with a girl on one arm as being the Alpha Male and the guy standing by himself in a club as being effectively sterile (as no other girls fancy him- his lower value is a self fufilling prohecy).
Adam Lyons drives this point home in his one on one workshops. The importance of turning up to a club with a girl/s on your arms- as women will always prefer men who have women smiling at them (regardless of how physically attractive the male is).
Now imagine you are out by yourself or with friends and decide to break from them. You spot two hot female 10's both standing by a male and they are into him via IOIs foot pointing, playing with hair etc. Now we have heard about AMOGING, but what about Porpinquity. If the Male is "A" and the Females are "B" and "C" imagine them as overlapping circles. You are "D" and you are a circle standing by yourself.

Also Adam Lyons has the perfect example of "What is Attraction"? He uses an example of the Two Ferrari's. If you spent 10 years of your life earning money through blood, sweat and tears to buy a ferrari and then discovered the exact same ferrari parked in your driveway. However the parked Ferrari is one that you'd won in a lottery- which one would you get rid of? That explains how females dedicate their time choosing mates.

Some criticism's of the book (which I hope gets expanded in a Volume 2 book)is that it is only 38 pages long, the opener of "Hi my name is Adam how your day going" may not work unless the reader has nailed his inner game. As with a lot of topics they are "whistle stop tours" and I think without reading other materials "The Principles of Attraction" is not a good stand alone release.
Also (sorry Adam) I felt a whole section could have been written on "text game". A lot of American and UK PUA's do not realise that text is the best form of communicating with a girl after getting the number.

Now text game is one of Adam Lyons strongest points- so I am suprised he did not include a more expanded section on this topic.

Maybe that will be Adam's next E-book?
