UPDATE: The guys at Amazon have finally updated the price back to $16. A bit more affordable.
Interesting - Richard La Ruina's new book is listed at Amazon.com for $1650, and the "used & new" ones are sold for $11..
I have corresponded with Richard about this, he says that he has no control over how Amazon prices the book. And you can get it new at Amazon.co.uk for about 6 pounds.
